2. Plant Foot Placement
- Plant your foot: Place your non-kicking foot (plant foot) next to the ball. The plant foot should be about 6-8 inches away from the ball, pointing in the direction you want the ball to go.
- Balance: Keep your body balanced, with your weight slightly leaning forward.
3. Striking the Ball
- Kicking foot: Swing your kicking foot towards the ball. Use the inside, laces, or the outside of your foot depending on the type of kick:
- Inside of the foot: Best for passing and short, accurate kicks.
- Laces: Best for powerful, long-range kicks.
- Outside of the foot: Best for curve kicks or when you need to add spin.
